That one big combine could harvest the whole of the island that I live on in just a day probably! lol just one of those fields will probably be about the same size as three or fours farms here!! Completely different scale of farming!!!

How are those trees growing beside the road with so little rainfall in your area?

If they can grow big enough they can withstand the dry years but getting big and pushing roots down low takes years and so usually farmers have to water their trees until they get big enough. This area there is a lot of irrigation and they do get more rain typically than we do so trees do better.
