This is hands down my favorite box still. The snacks are just so authentic and unique. Eating these exact snacks while watching you two :) Also, I love how they add extras of some snacks. Perfect if you want to try them now but also want to share with someone else later.

we have to types of sweet potatoes here, the orange ones and also one that has a purple brown skin and is yellow on teh inside. And sometimes you can get the purple ones. I think snack wise autumn is my favourite season in Japan, since I love sweet potato, chesnuts and kaki. These snacks look so delicious!

British Sweet Potatoes have an almost pumpkin like flavor. I baked them often as supplement for baked pumpkin which we eat a lot in my country (Bulgaria).

Can't wait for the box to arrive! The last box was amazing! Thanks for bringing my attention to this one. I tried two other companies before, and they sucked (one never arrived, the second one was just bad), but Bokksu really hit the spot. BTW: My favorite in the last box was the Tempura Nori with Citrus Flavor. That really woke up my taste buds.

Actually sweet potatoes and yams are 2 different veggies. People in the US confuse them. Yams are orange and sweet potatoes are yellow and not as sweet as yams. Ubu purple potatoes are common in filipino desserts.

These food reviews are great! Makes me jealous because except for the cost of the train you guys can go to the local stores without much effort compared to being in Las Vegas. Maybe some of the local Japanese markets here have some of these products? The subscription sounds temping, maybe after I get a new job/paycheck, this quarantine killed my job. Free time is nice but being broke not so much.

I like fresh uni once in a while, but it feels like the only way to get uni that's fresh here is finding it occasionally in restaurants that got some in alive somehow. Otherwise, they are something of a gamble.

I tried this sub, n didnt like it after 3 months..first box was great,after that it became something i didnt enjoy...i changed to tokyotreats box..loved it..lots of yummy treats..i stopped bc it started to become $$$$ bc i had the premuim box
