im from montreal quebec and poutine originates here in quebec if you want the real stuff you come to quebec. also we dont have poutine stands or any type of food stands other than food trucks for events but you buy poutine at any fast food/ burger joint retaurants even pizzaria's have them and other culural restaurants including some japanese restaurants. mainly all restaurants here have poutine lol. also if you plan to come to montreal and like the maple syrup come in march during the sugar shack season and ask for any local caban de sucre event and one more thing you should try to get quebec hot chicken BBQ sauce. ST hubert(a restaurant branch) makes their own in cans to make at home. so a quebec hot chicken sandwitch is just chicken in the middle of two bread slice and drenched in the hot chicken BBQ sauce with a side of peas
I wonder why our Ikea in So. California is NOTHING like this! The food is cheap but then again, so is the quality. I think the Japanese public expect more so they get more. I love eating and shopping in Japan as they pay attention to the details and are invariably courteous to shoppers!
Love all your videos! My husband and I are coming to Japan for the first time in April and you've helped up plan and get a sense for what we want to see and eat when we come. Thank you~ What can we bring you!?
A lot of great suggestions. This video helped a lot on my trip, I also found this new app Gaido that had a bunch of recs from locals outside of the touristy stuff. Worth checking out.
Wow, how did you guys managed to eat so much, it was wonderful to see the different types of good food. I am planning a trip to Hakodate next summer and will stay there for 2 nights....I hope to visit those eatery spots in your video. Perhaps you guys can join us next July....and eat those squid that you missed
Satoshi not needing beer on a hot day is not Satoshi 😅 What a beautiful island! And even though your meals were from the combini but these were well balanced healthy foods, instead of fried greasy junk food. So one can survive on combini foods in Japan.
Love Cheez its , they are all good but my favorite is the Hot an spicy...it used to be Tabasco flavor. Not sure what happened there, an it was better. But they are still good! Sorry that you missed them!!!
