The only reason this game was shat on is just... Ubisoft. In general. They were talking about how this game would be a lot bigger than GTA V, and also their E3 reveal was one big lie. *Fucking Ubi is playing hard to get.*
If ubisoft had shown this gameplay during the announcement of the game, maybe watch dogs would have been more successful than today, in any case the focus mode allows rather cool scenes that GTA5 does not allow (except editor mode).
I swear me either...i did research on it before i bought it and almost didn't get it because of all the hate I saw but ultimately I watched gameplay videos on youtube and was like well, this game looks pretty damn awesome I'm just going to go ahead and get it and have no idea what everyone was bitching about....people just want to fins stuff to bitch about...if you didn't like this game then you don't like open world 3rd person type games PERIOD.
Frank Gambino Exactly, I did the same thing, I saw so many hate I decided not to get it, then later on I saw the gameplay and immediately went to buy the game and it really is great.
Ubisoft lied big time about the graphics. The released game looked nothing like the demos and trailers, and I kinda get peoples resentment of the game. That being said revisiting this game without all the hype and lies surrounding it, it was actually a pretty fun game. It's the closest I've seen to a legit John Wick game. I hope they bring back the focus mechanic for the third game.
@@cameronb7161 imo Splinter Cell: Blacklist is the definitive John Wick simulator at present, but damn, this game is fine too. It ended up like Cyberpunk 2077 too - overrated on release day’s hype, but now underrated and aged like wine.
No one realise that the takedown at 9:52 you can see the bullet fly through the persons skull and hit the car and it leaves a bullet hole in the car, some pretty nice detail.
Door_Productions but it was really annoying to get hacked especially when you want to leave the game but someone is in the same game as you and u have to deal with that shit.
I liked the invasions but it sucks that they took out focus for that reason. The worst part is that it's still easy to check if someone has invaded you in Watch_Dogs 2 so removing focus was totally meaningless.
@@mamiedubingo I'm not sure yet if I'm honest. I'm the kind of person who buys the game 2 years later when it only cost 15 Euros. But the game commercial looks like a science fiction game which I do not like. I have seen some actual gameplay which didn't look so far. My favorite game is still WD1
@@joshua4302 I understand what you mean. I agree, but I like WD3 too, because we have a lot of possibilities to enjoy the game. The first game was more interesting about the story, and of course, Aiden Pierce is iconic, I really love to play with him, and I hope I could soon in WD3 (sorry for my english btw)
While yes, real hackers don't use little RC drones to hack stuff, but they also don't use assault weapons and heavy explosives like the first Watch Dogs showed.
Seeing you motor right into that complex and kill everyone was the best, haha. That's what I love about this game, for all people bitch about it it had a lot of open-ended gameplay and you could tackle a mission in so many ways. And that part with you shooting the grenade was awesome!
I’m sick of people saying watch dogs is a rip off of GTA V the story in this story is very concrete and I love it and I like the integrity of Pearce ,I got Batman Arkham vibes playing this game
in a game of WD 2 I had selected a police car (in a chase) and I pressed it to go ahead, and I didn't realize, but it went straight to blow up on a service station :O
@@manuelmonteiro2725 wtf kkkkk it's a question to know if someone is a Brazilian or not, because the first letters of Brazil is BR, i thought that you were a brazilan because of your name dude....
