@@nicodo123 well now I’ve filmed the new one twice now, but it was when the fan was on. Also the glass is now a mirror where when you are not in the glass part it is kinda annoying because it is hard to see through.

When we went to Atlanta together, we were going to see this elevator but it was closed due to the motor going out.

Yes it does have a different Motor cause I went there in September 2019. & Michael, Ik who you got that truth from 😏😏

@Funky Kong Yes the motor has been replaced. There is a video of it. While its not as good as this one the new motor still sounds pretty cool.

@Chelsea Menges According to Aaron, the motor died, so they had to put a new one in.

@@xHadesStamps they actually relaxed the whole pump unit system which consisted of 2 pumps!

@@qeelevators2960 I'm assuming you mean they replaced the entire pump unit?

@@xHadesStamps Yep. I was talking to a worker there and they said it has 2 dry powered pumps. Sadly I forgot to ask if I could see the motor room.

It looks like a roped hydraulic. A traditional inground, and probably a holeless hydraulic (even with a telescoping piston, most likely), wouldn't be able to.

Actually they replaced both of the submersible power units with new MEI dry powered units. This thing is so big and talk that it needs 2 power units.

@@PNWElevatorAviation Did you hear the pump on that floor then? I totally thought it was in the basement level because you can see into the basement through the loading dock but I couldn’t see the motor room door through the glass hallway door. Also I didn’t want to go in the hallway because 1: I am not supposed to be in that hallway and 2: there is cameras. If anyone that likes elevators stay there and has a yt channel I want them to ask to see this things motor room because this elevator is such a one of a kind elevator.

When this video was taken it had 2 submersible motors and one tank. According a elevator tech that worked on this thing it had on oil tank and 2 pumps in the same tank. It also has a separate valve for each pump.
