I had an epic off road recovery while rock crawling at Reiter foothills! Many of the folks in this video left with broken parts and body damage... It was Awesome!

One thing I learned about wheeling in the NW. If you're going to have a heavy pull using a tree as the anchor, make sure the tree is further away than it is tall. Yes. I had one pop and land right next to me while winching.

That's a pretty serious set of obstacles, breaking and hanging up Jeeps on 40s. When everyone has to winch on a single obstacle and two take some body carnage, that's a serious trail.

I always carry 12awg and 10awg wire, crimps and connectors on hand. Nothing worse than an electrical issue stranding you like that!

Unfortunately it was a broken connector in the harness for the voltage regulator. Can't be fixed without a replacement harness. It was a freak accident for sure
