This is one of their best ones bro, it has a lot of great lines and great wordplay. It’s also one of the ones that u cant truly enjoy unless u know a lot about these two characters
I think y'all may have missed some pretty nasty bars in there if you don't know the characters that well...I wanted Joker to win, but Pennywise saying "Nobody's dying to play with Joker...except maybe Heath Ledger" was a big slam, since Heath died of a drug overdose shortly before The Dark knight came out. Joker's big hit was talking about the scene from IT (book) when the children all had an orgy with the only girl in the group ("A little more PG, and a lot less 13"). There have been bars that went over my head in some ERBs that I didn't know the characters that well, but if you know them, they hit a lot harder. Brutal ERBs would include Cleopatra vs Marilyn Monroe, Superman vs Goku, Bonnie & Clyde vs. Romeo & Juliet, Albert Einstein vs. Stephen Hawking, Zeus vs Thor...
when Joker said "ask Robin if I throw Bars" with Joker useing the tire Iron He Killed Jason Todd's Robin using a crow bar. this Hits so much Harder that yall reallize
This is one of their best ever ERBs, there's so many incredible bars and references but its not accessible to people who don't know anything about the characters or their respective works.
@@SparkimusPrime I was saying that I don't even think that they were sleeping on it. Sleeping on it means to me that they had a idea of what it was. I don't think they had any idea 😂 That's a notch higher than sleeping
This battle is like poker, the joker is useless... That's so disrespectful. No one is dying to play you except maybe Heath Ledger. In that one I think it's actually low. Imagine his daughter being a fan of the show and hearing this. The gangbang line is Straight from the book. Kids had sex in the sewers... Called Pennywise a pedophile.
@@TheAdventuresofTNT I think the "I leave scars, guards at arkham will admit the joker just killed it" was fire. It's the word play around scars, guards as Bill Skarsgard was the actor who played pennywise
Y'all missed bars galore. The very first bar was off the chain about casting "a Phoenix to play me." There are bars upon bars by Joker and Pennywise. Bars about all the best Jokers in the comics and live action. The gangbang bar by Pennywise is from the book. In the book, the Losers' Club kids were all 13 years old and they had a gangbang scene in the book. So Joker said "tell your author for his next gangbang scene to have a little more PG and a lot less thirteen." No shade, but there are about a million bars between them in this battle.
We caught most of the bars. They were just weak. Just because the word play was clever, doesn’t mean they were snapping! Compared to some of the other battles from ERB, this was lukewarm.
Hardest line in this one for me was from Joker. When he mentioned "Ask Robin if I drop bars" since he straight beat Robin to death with a crow bar in the comics.
Lol, bruh we seen the joker movie I’ve read the comics. We are familiar with the references and they were weak. In your opinion What was the hardest bar in here?
Jordan vs Ali, Bonnie and Clyde vs Romeo and Juliet, and Marilyn Monroe vs Cleopatra are great ones to react to. Found your channel about a week ago and love it. Keep up the awesome reactions.
It is so many. "Beep beep you're john doe in my deadlight" " i haunt nightmare and ruthless, this battle like poker the joker is useless" "Ask Robin if i drop bars, i take smiles and i leave scarsguards in arkham will admit that the joker just killed it" "How bout a little more pg and a lot less 13" Btw this is the mark hamil impersonation of the joker which is probably the most iconic out of the bunch. I love that version and read the book it multiple time so i get it if some of these lines ain't hit as hard as it would for a die hard fan
Nah, I caught most of them. I’m familiar with the comics and jokers lore and the it series. These bars were weak. We just did the trump vs Hilary Clinton and that was a great example of ripping each other apart.
You want savage? Try Zeus vs Thor, Wonder Woman vs Stevie Wonder, Goku vs Superman and Jack the Ripper vs Hannibal Lector. And I also recommend Darth Vader vs Adolph Hitler 1, 2 and 3. I'd love to see you react to all three back to back to back in one reaction.
wow, they worked their butts off on this, i hadn't seen their raps in years, lots of lyrics, the problem is there's just not enough material with them, joker has some but pennywise...who knows anything about that guy? the joker is pretty secretive as well, heck his origin story is always changing with historical figures or a comic book character that's been in numerous films..there's a lot of material there
I mean, the books and the miniseries and the two blockbuster movies were pretty popular…I get that you could’ve missed the PG13 bar and the turtle bar if you haven’t read the books, but everything else was from the movies. Like well known IT tropes.
I have to give this one to Joker. I will admit that I'm a little biased being a huge Batman fan, but he had two bars that really stood out and are just "epic" and took the win. Pun intended. "When I compare your antics to the fiendish schemes I revel in They pale like the moonlight You Can dance with the devil in." And "Ask Robin if I drop bars I take smiles and I leave scars." 😳 That's it. Joker wins. 😂
Y’all must have truly missed the ferocity that Joker came back with when Pennywise mentioned hurting Batman. That line set Joker off. He despises anyone hurting Batman unless it’s him.
This was decent in my opinion I kinda get what y'all mean by the bars were weak. I had to look on Fandom what most of the lines meant cause I don't know them like that but the bars wasn't hitting harder than most of the erb videos they made like it's not the best but in my opinion this definitely isn't the worst. (And sorry if this is kinda hard to read its late at night and I been writing this for like 20 minutes and idk why 😅)
You obviously don’t know enough about about Pennywise or Stephen King to give this a fair fight. Seriously, either do your research or only watch rap battles where you know both characters well enough to give them a fair shot
@@TheAdventuresofTNT I just think if you knew more about Pennywise and Stephen King it would’ve been a more enjoyable battle for you to watch lol imo I think these bars went the hardest from any other I’ve seen. Great reaction nevertheless and new subscriber :)
Only people who don't know these characters think this battle isn't good. If you knew the characters, and understood all the lines then this battle is amazing.
@@alle38 thanks, I am old enough to have grown up watching the original Batman TV show. I have a pretty good grasp of all the different characters over the years. I still didn't think it was one of their top battles. It really doesn't matter if we all agree on it being great, good, or bad. It was good to me but I feel like they have done better ones. My personal opinion
I typically love your reactions, but I had to go thumbs down 👎 on this one because apparently neither one of you knew enough about either character to truly appreciate just how hard they went after each other.
The line ask Robin if I drop bars is a reference to him beating Robin damn near to death with a crowbar that line was super savage. You should check out Thanos vs J. Robert Oppenheimer that one is savage as hell.
I kinda watch alot of y'all erb reactions as I like ur genuine reactions but lol 😂 y'all don't have respect for lyrics everything goes over y'all head poor thing. Lol
Hahahahaha….. this was one of our least favorite ERBs an I felt like we caught most of the jabs, just weren’t snapp’n. Do you have any recommendations?
@@TheAdventuresofTNT Difficult to choose. I can name my top 3. In no particular order. They're all pretty obvious, though. Hidden and heavy doesn't mean my personal favorite. Tell your author, for the next gangbang scene, how about a little more PG, and a lot less 13? Jared Leto came out trying to look like he was Tekashi 6ix9ine. (and the only half hidden one) Ask Robin if I drop bars. I take smiles and I leave Skarsgårds at Arkham (will admit that the Joker just killed It) Also accompanied by a great visual reference from beginning to end. From Joker simulating killing Robin with a crowbar to the final shot with the camera mimicking the cover of The Killing Joke. Honorable mentions: The image of Maturin as a TMNT, living in the sewers. Joker mocking how long and convoluted the story of Pennywise is by mentioning how mind-numbingly long all the adaptations were, while still leaving out big parts of the source material. The whole Go Mark H.a.a.M with ill zingers double. Hard as a mother... Plus a reference to Mark "Luke Skywalker" Hamill, the animated series voice actor for Joker. Actually, they mention almost every actor that plays either of the characters in some way. Including Nicholson 3 times(Jack Nicholson played you just fine, I'm a Shining man, and Pale like the moonlight you can dance with the devil in). and The intricate, multilayered John Doe in deadlights thing with the reversal of nightlights in a cloud.
