The Silmarillion is not boring, it's dense. HUGE difference. It's a collection of works that go through the history of Middle-Earth. You can't approach it like any old book.

@@geekgirlworldtv It's best to approach it like you would a book of mythology like Edith Hailton's Mythology or Bullfinch's Mythology. Or if that doesn't work, just go read tor.com's breakdown of the book that makes it understandable for people who can't deal with the archaic language.

Could you guys binge rwby, the trailers and volume 1? It's an online web series that I feel like you would love and the first season is pretty short. It's an awesome badass show that I personally love as well as many others. On top of that Roosterteeth (the company that produces the show) is completely fine with reactions and actually encourages them as long as you actually do reactions to it and don't just sit there in silence (in other words, just react)

ImOnaKill the main story follows 4 girls on their trip through a school where they train to become amazing warriors. It's hard to get much deeper into the story without possibly spoiling more for later on. The weapons and character designs are amazing and over the top (the main character is Red Riding Hood with a scythe that has a massive gun attached) and everything (just about) is also a gun. A lot of the characters have some inspiration from storybooks and fairy tails but some are also historical. For example one team we meet later is of historical warriors who dressed in drag before. So you got Joan of Arc, Mulan, Thor, and Achilles. Meanwhile the main team is Red riding hood, Snow White, Belle from beauty and the beast (but beast is a complete douche that everyone hates for reasons I won't go into) and Glodilocks. It's 3D animated and while the early seasons don't look all that great, they were new to the software and there were only a few of them, it looks so amazing later on it's almost unrecognizable. Another thing that's really cool is that this was the very first western animated show that got a Japanese Dub and a manga. Many refer to this as the first true "Western Anime"

Martin vs Tolkien, "You cant reach this fellow, shit, Im two towerin, Every time i battle its Return of the King." which is a reference to Fellowship of the ring, Two towers, and Return of the king. That line set up scored points imo.

Tolkien went into very detailed origin of everything, true... except when it comes to the titular race from his first book. Pretty sure it was never described where the hobbits come from: elves and humans are children of Iluvatar (God), dwarves were created by Valar named Aule and "adopted" by Iluvatar, ents and giant eagles were beings created by Iluvatar even before awakening of elves (making them more powerful creatures and why it would be stupid to give them the Ring to fly into Mordor, that stupid argument...), et cetera, but we have no idea about the hobbits! Also Martin is writing book six, book five he finished in 6 years I think.

if you like you could try binge watching death battle, it'll less per binge because the episodes can get pretty long but on the upside you don't have to watch from the beginning since the oldest episodes aren't as good anymore. I'd say start from Thor vs Raiden or if you guys could just watch in any order you'd like

I agree, Jefferson's entire second verse was an apology and it was weak and pathetic. They set it up so that Douglass would win. Enjoyed the battle, but did not appreciate how biased it was.

It wasn't an apology. It was an explanation. That's what happens when you falsely accuse somebody of racism. They pretty much have to defend themselves because nobody will ever let a racist win. They never should have had Douglas accusing him of racism in the first place. Also, Douglas had the weakest lines in the entire season. He never said anything about himself and everything he said about Jefferson was just "you're racist so there!"

Fact: Catherine The Great wasnt Russian by birth. She was born in Prussia (Germany), and actually met Federick The Great as a girl at his request for her to come to his court in Berlin before she was to be sent to Moscow for Empress Elizabeth.

Great reactions guys would like to see you do princess rap battles next. And btw I like it when you guys talk in between the videos. It shows off more of your personalities rather then just rap reaction next like a robot doing it. Idk about everyone else I come to see you guys as well I mean If I wanted to I could binge watch these myself but seeing you 2 do it and what you guys talk about is fun to watch. Just a tib bit for history beginers, on July 4th,1826 on Independence Day John Adams and Thomas Jefferson died just hours apart from each other. Jefferson died at 1PM and Adams at 4PM. His last words included an acknowledgement of his longtime friend and rival: "Thomas Jefferson survives.". Not knowing that Jefferson passed hours earlier. Douglass: " You got a self evident truth of your own. You let freedom ring but never pick up the phone.". That roasted Jefferson so many ways.
