Soreness up to 72 hrs is the only side effect of the adjustment I have heard. I have had a couple patients who never felt anything adjust or pop with the RD, I believe this is from tensing up the neck and back instead of relaxing. Usually I can catch them in between bucks, but some times the person will not relax
@@dr.matthewtuttle6862 that’s so awesome to hear. Yes must be the fearful/anxious tension some people have. I’ve learned to basically pretend it’s nap time and let the Chiro do it’s thing. “Ok, Wiggle your left toe” 😆 👍
