I'm using the older the Cube at the moment and it is amazing, i'll continue using the Cube forever! ....plus i love Doug's marketing around it & his other products. Makes shaving fun.

I’ve been using The Cube for 6 months….but I use the Blue cube…not the black one shown here. Both work but you don’t get the charcoal residue with the Blue cube. I love the job it does on my face. My previous preshave was Proraso…which was good also….but much more expensive than the cube. The cube lasts a long time.

9:09 I laughed way too much at this sneeze!! Matt sniffs twice, smiles, looks at the camera and sneezes so hard he has to lick his lips and then gets shaving cream in his mouth!! This was hilarious!!

Been using the Cube for a long time, have the charcoal and banana versions, works great for me. I apply it lightly, doesn't take much. Nice shave Matt💈💈 Thanks for the color, never thought I'd see you with a nick😊 Never used a Fine razor, but it looks good. I'd Lather Be Shaving is a hoot, always fun. Enjoy!

Thanks Matt. I have that second version of the cube but I still have a little of the first version. The second is supposed to last more than one pass. I have about twenty bars of Pear's glycerin soap also. I get them for a dollar per bar at our local Dollar Tree store. A dollar store where everything really is a dollar. All the best. Just received the Marvel razor today. Great shaver with a feather blade, was difficult to feel the blade. I did have the safety bar grab when my lather was drying. Looks like the pre-shave slickness could help with that. BBS on two passes. Nice razor. Great vids. Thank you.

I think it is so great that so many companies are making their own razors. The one design element I see that so many new 3 piece razors have in common is a really thick top head to hold the blade. I have never used one, but it seems it would be really be hard to shave under your nose. I Love my vintage Gillette’s with their low profile heads. Superspeeds, Tech razors, all vintage Gillette’s, they are the best! What are your thought on this Matt? Thanks!

It’s the shave cream that’s clogging it up and I love it by smell but to me it’s too thick and I want more slickness than thickness so I hardly use it only after my second pass for the smell and way it makes your skin feel afterwards

Have you seen the new Gillette Heritage-Inspired Double Edge Razor? Gillette testing the market for more releases? Would be interested to see your thoughts. Though I think all they made of it was the handle and case. They used a DE89 head I believe.

@Thomas Jefferson Clearly you haven't held one. The knurling on this provides incredible grip, maybe the original didn't but this one does. I'm not sure if Gillette even owns the old tooling for their razors any longer so it would be a big investment to re-create their TTO adjustable razors. They did what manufacturers all over the world in every market do and borrow parts already well designed to reduce cost. As I said they might be testing the market and if it sells well they might release something more bespoke.

@Thomas Jefferson Ugly? Never heard anyone call the Bar Handles ugly. There's no problem with the grip either, the knurling is fine. So what came next that you like better, the Tech handles?

Thomas Jefferson your right, they probably don’t even have the means to make anything so they sourced out the razor to be made. They think the case will sell it, and for the most part everyone is falling for it.

Kind of find it hard to take shaving advice from a guy who has a moustache and goatee beard, the most difficult areas when shaving are right under the nose and under the lip, and the peak of the chin... its like taking gear change driving advice from a dude who has only ever driven automatics and never a stick shift..
