Sorry to be so offtopic but does any of you know a trick to get back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly lost the password. I would love any tips you can give me.
@Stanley Alessandro i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
I remember the days in high school when running a 53 second 400 meter dash would win most regular meet races and these professionals run it on their final lap after many laps before it without breathing hard at the end. Crazy
Bekele last lap specially last 200m in 2007 WC 10000m against Sileshi. With 200m remaining he was almost 10m behind him some how find another gear and run past him smoothly and made a 20m gap inside those few seconds. Absolutely incredible!
Yeah he said to the strength runners, I can match whatever pace you set and out kick you and 1500/5000 guys, he would say can you still close in 52 if the race is 13:10 not 14:10 because I can

I’d say that number 1 should be Kenenisa Bekele when he outran everyone in 10000 m in Berlin in 2009. Zerseney Tadese tested him and made the competition incredible hard but somehow Bekele found a way and applied his devastating kick again.
Sorry but no one can push Bekele in any race under 10000 m to even the point of slight exhaustion. The guy is the 5000 and 10000 m world record holder for a reason.
Khalid Skah was an outstanding Kicker. He out kicked Haile in many occasions where pace was slower. Rui Silva's kick in 2004 1500m finals was amazing the fastest final lap in a high level 1500m. Ngeny was an amazing kicker as well. Ashraf tadili won an impressive 2003 panams game 800m.
Awesome video really ! I wish you added Ibrahim Jeilan beating MOFarah in London 2011. That finish gives me mad goosebumps eveerytime I see it Also kenenisa is the best evver🇪🇹💚
Yifter is so fast! The fastest I have ever seen him go is in the 10,000m against Craig Virgin. I don’t clearly remember but I think his last 300 was anywhere around 36 seconds.
Of all the runners I have seen who are unbelievable are Ovett and Yifter. Others are great, but you can see and understand how they did it or do it. Not those two. Ovett could beat world records while slowing down and pissing about!
Why even have Uni races on this? Just a different level of competition. More deserving is, for example, Cacho closing the 1992 Oly finals with a 50.3s 400.
I disagree, he's no beast. He never went against the greats like Bekele, Gebrsalassie, Hicham el Guerouj, Daniel Komen at their peaks. All his miraculous final laps were because he was never pushed throughout the rest of the race and the timings were awfully slow. The only really good races he had were the indoor 3000 m and 2 mile and the 1500 m he ran back in 2013.Moreover I'll say he is a greatly talented and strong athlete with inumerable titles and medals to his name.
@@zoegreen905 Read the comment properly I never called him slow and definitely didn't say I could beat him. In fact I ended by calling him a talented and strong athlete. When I say he's no beast I mean he's no beast compared to other great competitive athletes.
since you mentioned even ncaa races, you overlooked last years panam games victories in 1500 (jose villareal, mexico) and 5000 (fernando martinez, mexico). give those races a look =)
A kick’s purpose is to separate the runner from the pack and win the race. Therefore there is more than one way to determine whether a kick is dominate or not like the distance separated from the group. Men run faster than women. Men always will and that’s why we compete separately. But it doesn’t make women any less awesome and deserving of recognition. I’m not saying TRP has to include them together but it would prevent him from making two whole videos instead of one. Idk boys I think I’m right on this one..
Jillian Kelly I like women’s running too and as a guy it infuriates me to the point I have to set my phone down for a sec when misogynistic comments appear anywhere
Fastest last 400m, 300, 200m, and 100m in distance running ever (that I've been able to find): 400m 49.7 - Said Aouita 1500m (3:49.27) Lisboa 04.06.1988 (No video of the race that I know of) 300m 36.4 - Jim Ryun 1500m (3:38.2) Dusseldorf 17.08.1967 (Video of the race is on RU-vid) 200m 24.12 - Sebastian Coe 800m (1:46.16) Rome 04.09.1981 (Video of the race is on RU-vid) 100m - 11.3 - Sebastian Coe 800m (1:47.57) Helsinki 05.07.1981 (Video of the race exists, but it's not on RU-vid (People seem to confuse this race and the Zagreb 1981 race (last 100m: 11.9) )
Best recovery product that I was paid to say this is the best recovery product until the next recovery product I get paid to say this is the best recovery product.
SirPeter6464 I don’t believe he was injured! before he pulls out of the race he hadn’t really changed pace no pain in his face no limp just walked back to the finish line with a look of shock on his face. I’ve ran many middle distance races and watch many and never seen anyone pull out at 150 to go. Obviously he’s a fantastic athlete but I think he gave up.
I hate to be that guy, but the nr. 6 (Coe) is not the correct video. The video shown here is the European Cup Final in Zagreb, August 15th, 1981, where Coe's last 100 meters were covered in 11.9s (not 11.3)(He ran the last 200m in 24.6, and the last 400m in 54.81) He won in 1:47.03 (time was adjusted from 1:47.02) ahead of Wülbeck(1:47.72) and Beyer. The one where he ran the last 100m in 11.3s was The European Cup Semi-Final in Helsinki July 5th, 1981. He won that race in 1:47.57 ahead of Kirov(1:49.11) and Härkönen. (in that race Coe ran his last 200m in 24.5) I can't really blame you, since that video is not on RU-vid (at least I haven't found it). Hope someone uploads it soon! Keep up the good work!
Thanks for this amazing video, I love this channel, but I have to mention that so many commercials are getting more and more annoying, I can of course skip it in five seconds but in this case I need to permanently hold my device if not I have to watch commercials almost as long as video itself.
Why have you missed women? Why have you not included any women in this list? Tirunesh Dibaba, Laura Muir and Berhane Adere in Chicago marathon I think in 2006 have awesome kicks
