Platinum Sheep certain characters depending on their traits have a bar connected to it. Whether it is how long said trait has to recharge or what level it is on depends on which character you're playing. But some characters don't have any bar for their trait, for example my main Green Arrow has no bar because his trait you have to do a certain input to get certain arrows out
