Basically the Odyssey except Odysseus got cursed with the unnecessary censorship curse causing his words to be misinterpreted by those who listen with minds corrupted by the filth of society I think it’s just comical to believe he is saying the same words as the original but the Gods got silly and censored the words of him and those around him :)
The gods messing with mortals by censoring random words they say for absolutely no particular reason other than just the funsies is one of most Greek god things to do

I like to think that the 'What are you making us do??!!?' remark in the TH&TI section is less out of shock and more out of genuine confusion, meaning that Odysseus' mates can't hear what he's saying either
When doing his design I remember learning something about him knowing how to play at least 2 instruments in some of his depictions (a type of lyre and a pan flute), so I wanted to put at least one of them in there. The imagery of him playing to his sheep is very cute to think about
