Not big on extreme customization, but that really looks good man I'm a scooter guy myself I have a 2016 Kymco People GTi 300 really good ride I'm may add. Great build bud, been riding motorcycles for a while and my buddies have maxi scooters. Might have to add one to the stable like this, love the idea and execution. its hard to do a good styling job on a scooter because they were meant to be shrouded in pastic, and you seem to have too much frame, but cool as feck and fair play to you.
I love your build! You really went all out. You should see my modified an650. It's not as nice as yours but it's definitely different. Got a ton done to it. Let me know it you are interested.
It does that when you keep the throttle completely open. If you release it just a little bit it "shifts" and rpm drop. Nothing was changed only the exhaust.
