Now you have mentioned the gutless method I would like to share with you something that a lot of hunters overlook and that is carving the the thin belly meat that hold the gut sack ; it is out of this world stir frying . On us human it will be what we call 6 pack abs

ckingclosur Interesting. I like to use as much of the animal harvest as possible. I'll have to try this as soon as I can actually get a kill out here in UT. Of the 3 seasons of hunting archery, I have skunked out every time. This year towards the end I was going to settle for a doe and when I get to the top of a ridge, I became ill and went home :-(

This was actually filmed during last years Elk hunt, we didn't get a chance to hunt in Utah this year. It has been a lot warmer this year than usual and it caused some interesting hunting scenarios for us in Wyoming too
