As a Muslim o recite a surah Maryam which help me a lot that was first pregnancy I drink a surah Maryam water during labour my start at 1:30 am and my daughter came out at 5am
My labour started at 8 pm and my son came at 10 pm It was my first childbirth He came out so fast because I did lots of walk and lots of yoga during pregnancy,also the doctor helped me with a cervix softener pills Allah made everything so easy alhamdulillah
@spogmaykhan855 reciting surah Maryam isn't an authentic source as it's not recommended in any sunnah plus if u read it's translation nothing is mentioned as such even Maryam AS herself felt so much pain so how come this makes sense...so plz don't spread such things as it's Biddah... thankyou

Meri bhi normal delivery hui itna pain tha ki kya batau pr normal delivery se jyada pain muze tab hua jab itna pain sehen karne ke bad mera baccha nhi rha 😭😭

I also had normal delivery but without epidural…n I must tell u that the pain that I had was bearable but yess last 1-2 hour before starting to push ,that time the pain was very intense …but it’s ok Coz it was jus a matter of 1-2 hours so I decided to not take epidural…n also my labour pin started at 3 in the morning n I had my baby buy 10:30 am so my labour pain was of very short duration
Also my doctor told me while I was in pain that i shud sit in poop position n keep pushing as if trying to poop.n this really really helped me open my cervix n actually my cervix opened to 10 cms in jus 3-4 hours
Also I think one shouldn’t take epidural Coz then u don’t feel ur contractions that much n u don’t know when to actually push n therefore u push randomly wen u feel like but wen u actually push wen contractions occur ,it really counts..u pushed my baby out in jus 4 pushes Coz I was doing it jus wen the contraction is occurring
No proper information... it's too long... And yet not explained about which excercise to open the cervix.. ( not even once you used the appropriate term called cervix opening for normal delivery) position did you do to push out, episiotomy procedures, 1st feeding, etc.... after the delivery how was the stitches pain etc .. Before giving epidural they will give anesthesia so that they can insert the thick needle... just one word unbearable pain throughout the video . They will even give enima and insert urine catather to clear the bladder .. if the urine bladder is filled it's difficult for the baby to come out. This video is more scary than giving proper information..in fact you have missed most of the main information

I took epidural 1.5yrs back and still struggle a lot with back pain though am doing lot of back n body strengthening exercises from last 1yr..I think everyones body is different but am realizing a lot I shouldn't have taken epidural.. before delivery I never had back pain
I had normal delivery and I've immense back pain and pain in vagina whenever I pee. It's so intense. Got stitched down there. That's worst pain of all time. Pregnancy in itself comes with problems. It's not just epidural, but all pregnancy. As everyone's body is different

Merko bhi yhi lgta hai, maine ur bhi case sune hai epidural walee. Mughe koi sense nhi laga ismai. Normal delivery wali ladies 5 hours mai bccha kr leti hai yaha 24 ghnte lag gaye.
