U seem 2 b a very brave person. U know there's a stigma attached 2 mental health issues & u still chose 2 try 2 help others by sharing ur own battles with mental health. U r a Super Hero, unsung I'm sure but a Super Hero none the less. I hope u r getting the help u seek & that it enriches ur life. I agree, if ur physically ailing, u go 2 the Doctor so if ur mentally ailing, u, again, go 2 the Doctor. Thank u 4 sharing, I have no doubt that u have helped @ least 1 person in the world. 💖

I originally came to your page for the plants a few months ago, but absolutely stayed for you! You are such a wonderful person, and it shows in everything you do. I am so glad that you have taken breaks from instagram or youtube, or anything that may be draining you. Hey Julie! Thank you so much for the support! I really appreciate it! That's the relationship I have with my plants as well and it was a bit of a shame earlier in the year where I felt it was becoming something that stressed me out (plant IG) rather than being relaxing! But slowly getting back on it now! Yes! Would love to and hopefully meet you in person at a plant event!
Feel stronger soon Jessie. You have a great attitude to mental health. I've seen a psychologist, it helps a lot when we're struggling. I totally agree, you need to feel good to create good! And that can be very difficult bc creating in itself can help you feel good. It's a rough cycle, I've been trapped there too. I'm glad you went and got help, I think everyone can use a regular check-up with mental health professionals as much as with dentists and doctors!
Yes! I find it hard to sustain momentum but remembering that whenever I create a video I feel good about it 100% of the time afterwards helps. I hope you've been well Twisty!! Much love!!
