I’m so grateful you did this interview it is very helpful I too have been having the dream for a very long time (20’s) and just started researching information (40’s)on opening one wish you were able to perhaps talk about the cost $$$$ of everything and referral for’Beginners’…I hope you do more interviews on the bar challenges.Thank You so much.
