"Put am i go grind am" took me off my chair 🤣🤣 and she actually went for it Lol, i miss home so much. i hated going to the market but i totally do miss this especially the bargains. Right here in the farmers market you dare not bargain, you'd bee called a thief or they'd ask you to leave. 😂

Afang is found mostly in the Eastern part of Nigeria, all Eastern states have it, not only Calabar and Akwa Ibom. It is called “Ukazi” leaves, it’s usually shredded in thin slices because of the toughness of the leaves.

I'm literally so upset😂 on seeing them eat and all the movement in their mouth and how they talk while eating, i could only hear my moms voice screaming "it's lack of table manners to talk while you're eating" lol but hey this was fun to watch and i sure can't wait to have a taste of afang from Just Afang soon. This is the method the lovely women who took me under their wings during my Youth Service thought me to cook Afang. The only difference is they scrubbed the water leaf with salt and rinse it to make it less watery.
