How about the ability to legally pro file somebody to approach somebody who may be have a problem it’s not demand idea what ID is not necessary to understand not every single person you meet is a criminal if I was the man that ID just sitting somewhere late at night I wouldn’t give it. I would take the arrest sometimes people want to be left alone at three in the morning if you’re sitting on a park bench or they’re sitting on the hood of a car, not breaking the law.
