I would love to have one of Martelli’s cutting tables, I had back surgery in 2004 and can not bend over the tables that are offered at places like WalMart and JoAnn’s, but unfortunately I’m on disability and definitely can’t afford to pay that much. 😞 I have learned a lot watching your videos, thank you so much.

I absolutely love Martelli products. I wish I could afford the table because of my back issues. Years ago my daughter & I attended a quilt show and bought some of their items including the rotary cutter. A couple of years ago my daughters cutter malfunctioned and called me up whining. Martelli had come out with a newer version and was offering it at 1/2 price if you gave them your old one. So at the next show I brought it in and swapped it out & swapped out mine also. They are such nice people to do business with. So glad you did this video.

Yes, I have the Rotary Cutter 45 mm and 28 mm, two mats, and some of the templates for making bags, pot holders, mug rugs and more. I love their products! The mats are Awesome as is the rotary systems. The table, you would have to win the lottery to have one of those. The Martelli products, and Winner Designs Quilting and Sewing!

You two are hilarious! I find myself giggling along with you. I haven't heard of Martelli. Gonna check them out. FYI-you do need to soak/clean your cutting mats to help with the self healing piece of the mat. You use a combo of white vinegar and water and soak it then let it air dry. Have fun on your trips! Can't wait to see the videos!!!!!

I’m surprised QVC hasn’t contacted you, you’re a natural. Great review. My biggest hinderance is a suitable cutting surface, having fabric slip around under my ruler.

Just want to say thanks for the info. I went to the site, now all i have to do is decided what rulers i want to get. My material is always moving when i cut then i have to straighten the cut again so this is just what i need. I also have been quilting for awhile so it will probably be a learning tool for me too Thanks again

I have recently been wondering why my wrist has been aching (I just completed block #11 from Jean's block party!). Now I know I need Martelli's rotary cutter! I also love the squares and the fussy cut templates! All the more reason to visit the quilt show in PA! Really hope to see you there! Thanks once again!!

Hi Jean . I'm going to be attending a quilt show in Madison, Wisconsin next week and I've purchased some of Martelli products at previous shows such as their quilt binding system(which I have had for about 3 years and still can't figure out how to use), and their round about cutting mat (which I love) I've wanted to purchase their rotary cutter each time I've gone to a show, but just haven't because it looks like it would be hard to use. What I would like to ask you or anyone else reading this is which is better to purchase of the square templates. The 2.5" to 9.5" or the 2" to 9". At this time I don't think I can purchase both sets so I'm looking at which I should purchase first. Also wanted to say I just love your videos and have learned so much. You and Jen crack me up. I've always wanted to go to Missouri Star Quilt Co. Hope to take a trip there one day when I retire in 2 years. Thanks again for making things easy for us beginners.
