That is so very kind of you....I guess I'm not anxious to pull the trigger and enter a quilt because I have SEEN the mind-boggling masterpieces at these shows!! I mean, like hundreds of minute tiny stitches to an INCH...perfect applique, incredible hand work, detailed detailed detailed intricate quilting stitches....I am NOT PUTTING MY WORK DOWN....however, it really is just not up those standards ~ nor do I really aspire to do so!! I am concerned with the overall fun look and getting a quilt done, as opposed to hours, days, months, even years, on working on a 'serious' quilt show contender!! But, having said that...(LOL), lots of folks are encouraging me to do so...so I might have a rethink! Thank you so much for your VOTE of confidence :) (and of course I would credit Laura Heine with the original pattern - my take on it! :)
