with all due respect, broad and sweeping statements and terms like "replacement theology" do not historically or accurately trace the developments which took place from 70 ad until 1099 ad. you should and need to delve into the theological trajectory from the early church fathers through Augustine and the church councils. using the term "replacement theology" does not capture the trajectory nor give the viewer any keener understanding of the historical and theological developments. what the viewers need to understand is the politization of the various churches prior to and after the Council of Nicea. In that light you can understand the Crusades.
