Respect for all else you homies were saying but as a Chef>nutritionist I have to disagree strongly with your food recs man these guys have to be focused on their cellular health because food is blood man you all have to be mindful of food sources and quality overall I’m not going to get too deep into it here but we all want to be firing on all cylinders, especially these chess pieces @USC so, no lizards thicket or rush’s or really any conventional food source go organic of possible and if not organic then at least all natural, high protein, good fats and creatine please..we want to treat our bodies like fine tuned machines..if you had a lambo you wouldn’t use leaded gas or cheap Costco oil would you
