Linda, we have the nicest mail lady. Cocoa has never had a good relationship with our mailman before and I hated that for him because he loved her and wanted her to like him. She just didn't. I wN to do Carolyn’s acrostic and magazine challenge but must figure how to insert pictures. Or my own section. Absolutely no clue. Love the colours on Long dog, and also autumn in the village is beautiful. Oh my Cocoa is getting so big. Ours tears her stuffies apart asap so she doesn’t get toys anymore. Caroline, well I didn't have fun stitching on Crystal Christmas. It is a beautiful piece, but I've decided after putting 5 hours into it that I don't really like the colors in the tree, and I'm not enjoying it like I thought I would. I will be giving it up and moving on to other things. I think I'll gift it away for my Flosstube anniversary in January. Dena

Well, it is the 2nd of December and on the 1st I stitched 4 hours on a project only to determine I don't want to stitch it anymore. It is no longer one I want in my house and would require tons of hours so I'm going to give. it away on my channel. Today I haven't stitched yet as I've been driving a friend from church around who has recently had her foot amputated and cannot drive herself yet. I also have a Christmas Party tonight, so I may not get to stitch at all. We shall see. But, tomorrow I should be able to stitch. In fact I have a virtual stitching time set up with a friend in Canada so that will ensure I get to stitch a little tomorrow. Dena
Ann, I started out a one at a time stitcher. But I began wanting to have a little variety. I remember when I went to four projects and thought I'd nevefr want more than that at one time. LOL. I'm still pretty small in number of WIPs compared to lots of others, but I know when I start to feel overwhelmed, its time to stop and get some finishes. Hope you have a great holiday season as well. My oldest daughter got mad at us and moved out after telling us that she’s dropping out of college after one semester, one of the middle daughters has been struggling with an eating disorder, work has been crazy - basically a lot of things that have just piled up to where I am just not in the right headspace to do a Flosstube.
Oh, TaMara, I'm so sorry for the stress you guys are going through. I'm sure you have resources you're locating for your daughter with the eating disorder. Here we have a therapist associated with the weight loss clinic that counsels folks with eating additions and disorders. I'll be praying for you and your entire family. Dena
Vickie, some WIPs are so close to a finish that I make that a goal. Others lend themselves to a particular items in the project, such as a new start....stitch the cart, etc. Otherwise I do the same number of hours which is very similar to your 500 stitches. Do give it some thought, but in the end do what makes you feel comfortable and happy. Dena
Well, you did it now. I am going to put my same wipgo pieces in your number squares so I'm working them when you are. As I listen to others, I'll do that with them if those numbers aren't on your list. Enchanted alphabet, pandemic for sure, and if 25 isn't taken, I have a mirabellia that is dancing child angels. Can't remember the title, but it's similar enough and I want to get it going. I have 2 Teresa Wentzler pieces, so if they aren't taken, I'll do her with you. This could be a fun way to stitch along with my favorite Flosstube friends!
Candra, what a great idea! I have since filming decided to sunset my Chrystal Christmas. The colors are not to my liking and I just have so many other things I want to stitch. I will be gifting it away probably for my Flosstube anniversary in January. I moved my number 13 to number 25 and created my Free Space on 13 instead. Jessie Marie Does Stuff just put out her video explaining the entire thing as if you've never done it before so please check that out. I watched it and learned that I could have changed out my goals on Mermaid once I realized it was unreachable and could have counted Crystal Christmas complete once I decided to abandon that project. Hi, Deena. I don’t usually watch WIP parades but you made yours interesting by combining it with your WIPGO board. Being a mostly monogamous stitcher I rarely have more than 2 projects at a time. However I have so many charts in my stash I need to plan what I want to stitch and complete this next year.. I’m thinking of using the WIPGO format to make my plans. Happy stitching. 🪡🪡🪡
Jean, that is a great idea. You could set some goals of X number of days on your projects (rotating between the two) and once you finish one, you could substitute a new start for one of them. Dena

Your WIP parade was wonderful, and I’m looking forward to seeing your WIPGO progress next year 👍🏻. I tend to be more of a “stitch in the moment” gal, so I haven’t participated in WIPGO or other stitching prompts. Seeing your planning process is fascinating, to say the least. Dena I loved watching your WIPGO progress you will be starting in the new year. I have been working on my Still life's page 3 and I am about 3/4 of it completed and hope to have it completed this week. Dena I have a question: I am thinking about ordering a Rolaframe. What size is your Rola stand? I was also thinking about starting with 18" or 20" scroll frames. I know you love your Rola frame. The one nearest to me is Stitching Shop in Colorado since I live in Utah. May I ask where you got yours? Was the service good? Anyway that is what I am thinking about doing. On your WIPGO progress I will be doing the Autumn village and I will be ordering Confetti fabric very soon and I will do either the Spring Quilt or Fall Quilt ( I too have all four quilt seasons and the four seasons of the villages). So they will be on my to do list. I hope you had a wonderful Happy Thanksgiving. Our thanksgiving was a quiet one as well had my son over and it was enjoyable. I love watching Coco. Such a joy to watch. Always love watching you channel its so relaxing and enjoyable to see and your talents are beyond words and your taste in fabrics gives me a lot of ideas. Pat, I do love my Rolaframes. I have them from 18" up to 36". I find the slightly larger ones about 24" is a great middle of the road. you can always put a smaller project that is 18 inches on the 24"rolaframe, but I find the 18" one a bit small for most of my projects. I got my first Rolaframe from Fancy Works in Bloomington, Indiana. I liked it because I could call and find out what sizes she had in stock rather than waiting on them to be made after I placed the order. My floor stand is an Elan stand. I love it! Hope this helps. Margie, the originator of WIPGO is Jessie Marie from Jessie Marie Does Stuff. She just put out a video explaining WIPGO for those who are knew and I watched it yesterday and learned some things myself. It is a really easy way to motivate myself, so I enjoy it. She is on RU-vid as Jessie Marie Does Stuff and it is her latest video that isn't a Flossmas one. Check it out. She pulls the numbers randomly and posts them in her Facebook Group and on Instagram and she explains all that in the video. Dena

Cindy, Cocoa tears her toys apart as well, but she gets so much joy from them first, I just keep buying the less expensive ones that are as tough as I can find for the price. Dena
