Episode 21 - Four Reasons We Failed Plumbing Inspection 

In this episode, we talk about four things we had to take care of before we could pass our plumbing inspection.
1. Install Shower Pan to Enable Inspector to Confirm Water Doesn't Leak
2. Install Missing Stud Guards to Protect Plumbing Pipes
3. Install Insulated Bathroom Fan Duct (Since it ran longer than 14 feet)
4. Finish Framing Around Pipes to Ensure Fireblocking
