I have small ear canals and the wax doesn’t remove itself naturally. I have had to go to my doc and they would flush my ears out with a mixture of peroxide and warm water. EA, sleeping with earplugs probably isn’t helping the situation. They’re probably adding moisture to the canals. I am a light sleeper and use a fan while sleeping for noise and it does help. Never had a problem sleeping until I had a kid. Afterwards, the slightest sound would wake me. Enjoying the podcasts.

EARPLUGS FOR THE WIN!!! I have used them every night for 15+ years. I had to wait until my kids were old enough that I no longer had to listen for them in my sleep but after that I was still so automatically hyper vigilant that ANY sound spiked my anxiety and sleep was impossible.

Love your podcast! For years I have been getting my ears cleaned by an ENT twice a year. I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes and it is not bad at all.

Charissa, where is your shirt from? It's cute and simply adorable. I think my older sister would love it. I love her so much. She's been my rock since I was a little boy. Even though I have a disability, she always modified activities, so that, both myself and my able-bodied younger brother, could play. Now, as a working adult, I am forever grateful she believed in me. It's what allowed me to open up and find a job I enjoy, and my wonderful better half.

@@calmdown I'm now watching all the previous 'episodes' from the beginning. What an eye opener your journeys in life and your respective careers are. You have both been through so much in your lives and you are both successful, dedicated in what you do but also are so genuine and honest and loyal to the ones that are important in your lives. I have such a new respect for the jobs you do and for each of you too. Stay Safe and Keep Smiling Ladies as you're killing it :)

Definitely go to an E.N.T. (Ear, nose, and throat) doctor to clean your ears. DO NOT use q-tips.
