Yes. Absolutely. And I would love him to speak on rejuvenation of endothelia cells in your heart .. fixing kidneys .. regenerating brain functions .. last but not the least muscles regeneration in you Penile area .. to have best Sex of your life ..
All very good points as always, Can Dr Jack Kruse tell us, how much is a healthy amount of muscle to attain based on age ranges, so that it doesn't steal mitochondria away from the heart and brain? 🧠 💥💪🏽
This is the difficult one to answer and the most accurate way would be based on MRI brain 🧠 and Heart ❤️ scans. We are going to do another video on this though based on our expertise 🙏🏻 stay tuned!
That’s a tough one. We feel for you 💪🏻👍🏻 But there’s always a way, even just starting with using blue blocking glasses (if it doesn’t ruin your workflow), take regular light breaks (go outside), eat lunch outside, make up for it on the weekends.
Jack, delivers the Kruse Missiles of truth. need a tan ? Just get in the line fo sight from the Bombs, lol Great podcast! Note to self: Bring Red wine, spare 250 k
Well moderated. Probably easier to have guests whose ideas you subscribe to though. I’d be interested in seeing you interview someone you disagree with. New to your channel so perhaps it’s already there.
Hi there, thanks for watching. I'm sure we'll get to some folks who disagree it in time but it's unlikely this will become a 'debate' channel. If you have someone in mind, let me know!
@@rickmillerrd yep - been following him and his podcast interviews for about 6 months. The circadian health changes have been amazing. I’m with Jack on the pretty much “whatever they want you to do, do the opposite” camp.
Only halfway through so forgive me me if you cover it later, but what about zone 2 training's mitochondria and cardiovascular benefits? Anything useful there, or not?
It’s dependent on a number of factors which are not isolated from each other. This is why we do DEXA scans on our men and check it against the following factors… Including: light environment, grounding frequency, cold adaptation and more. Ergo, you can be over fat and healthy and also ripped and very unhealthy. There’s truly not a range as such but our estimates from our clinic suggest that above 30% (total of visceral and subcutaneous fat) things ‘may’ start to go downhill but not everyone.
Great interview! Started listening to Jack about 8 years ago. Left Nashville for the panhandle of Florida in 2019 and never looked back! Fatigue, joint pain, heart palpitations, Lyme symptoms....all gone! Get in the sun and out of the blue light!
That’s all it took for you is to change your light situation?? I have an autoimmune condition which I would love to get off the meds for. I’m moving to Costa Rica in a month. Hopefully that’ll help
I had already managed light in my environment using blue blockers etc. but I was in a heavily populated neighborhood with high EMF. Costa Rica should help!
@@beachjeanne2966 amazing. I have more emf than I need too. I’ve been using blue blockers for years but the light situation in Canada is not the best. Could have utilized the cold a bit more but the cold sucks! Bring on the sunshine!!!
I agree with everything but using your muscles and training. You need to be strong if your a man. Especially if your were living way back in time. You are dead if you arent
Perhaps you needed to in the past or even now in some cases but does it mean it is not damaging the heart and brain? He didn't say not to use them anyway but that people take it too far.
