Episode 249: We Finally Saw Taylor Swift & The Eras Tour! | Calm Down Podcast 

The scream I scrumpt when I saw clips of the tent with the whole Kelce family and you two were right there----🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I don't know if I could quantify the amount of secondhand glee I felt. YOU DESERVED EVERY MINUTE OF THIS!!!!!!!

It’s the magnitude of her reach & the fact that she uses her reach to only share joy, love & happiness……..she makes people feel good, feel United, feel like they matter, because we all matter……the fact that she’s not a diva, but rather a human being. She’s very special, one of a kind.

Erin and Charissa, I am so glad I discovered your podcast AND better yet, hear both of you describe what it was like to be at a Taylor Swift concert with all of those people including Travis. I'm an almost 60 year old pastor who recently discovered Taylor Swift and her music and she has brought so much joy to my life! Thank you for being audacious and bold in connecting Travis and Taylor. I've married hundreds of couples in my 30 year career but I don't ever remember seeing a couple like Taylor and Travis in real love. ❤❤❤❤

I read Taylor starts about 3 months before a tour, with her song list and she sings the whole show while on a treadmill to build lung endurance.

It is a vaudeville performance. Kam and Jan before Travis have dressed that way, but Travis had on red soled Louboutin's like Taylor did. His were dress shoes, hers were ankle booties. Some people on a site have mentioned they are sole mates (soul mates). I am so glad you both made it to her show. Taylor took the two pictures the one with just Prince William, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte, and herself and then the one with Travis included before her performance. Taylor moved into her own place at 19. She has homes in Nashville, NY, RI, and Beverly Hills. I believe also London. She has been doing this for twenty years. She started working for Sony Music in Nashville at 14, writing songs for other artists, she left at 15 because she wanted to sing her own songs. Taylor has several documentaries about her out, "Miss Americana," "The Long Pond Session," and some others. "Miss Americana" will make you cry after what kanye west and kim kardashian did to her and her career after they lied about her, we didn't hear from her for a year, she was only 25. I hate kardashian and west. kardashian told Taylor recently to shake it off. I especially hate kardashian. I am so glad Taylor met Travis and he performed with her on stage. Their chemistry is off the charts. She wrote 'So High School' and 'The Alchemy' off 'The Tortured Poets Department' album for Travis.

Those sweet little Royals had the time of their lives. Its so cool the perks when daddy will soon be King 🤴. Such a cool dad. 🤗🥰

There is a video of Andrea (Taylor’s Mom) coming into the venue and she’s crying at the crowd and touching her heart! She is very moved by it all! They really are a lovely family as are the Kelce’s so it’s really so perfect!!! We are watching a real life romcom!! 😂

When Travis carried Taylor across the stage.... consider this: this may have been their gift to us, the fans, of a chance to witness a wedding-like scenario betweenTravis (in a tuxedo and top hat, and Taylor (in a beautiful white dress). In the song 'but daddy I love him', she says "no, you can't come to the wedding" and "i'm his lady..."....and in the boys in the bus podcast Travis declares "that's my girl, she's my lady"... I think fans have been given notice. They are definitely engaged and to be married. And it will probably happen over xmas/new years (wishful thinking). Why wait.

I went to Michael Jacksons thriller concert and even though I was only 12, I can still remember how spectacular it was. To answer one of your questions, she said the only thing she does between show nights is try to think up the coolest mash ups for the surprise songs for the next nights and the next city. Thank you all for that peak inside the vip tent. That was so informative. There is a podcast i just started watching called "hits different" and they are extremely informative, like you both of you, without squealing the entire time like some do. Im sure you both know know this but Cam the dancer has an older brother that played for the Chiefs so they already knew each other. I found that out from that podcast, One more thing. Im pretty sure the selfies with Princess William were before the conccert, bc in their London New Heights podcast Travis said he was glad there was no traffic bc he would have missed meeting Royalty. I won't be attending a Taylor Swift concert as I am 71 and very frugal with my money but I just lived the experience through you two and I'm so glad you reported on how lovely & genuine Kylie Kelce is too as I love that whole Kelce family...this all started for me when I fell in love with the way rookie Patrick Mahomes came on to the Kansas City Chiefs and my love for the Chiefs & Travis Kelce all came out of that.

I really wanted to go and was looking into tickets in Europe, and ready to book my trip when I realized that my passport was expired! OH NO FK, FK, FK! My husband says "don't worry, she''ll be on tour next year" and I'm like, "Noooo. Next year, she'll be getting married, and the year after that, she'll be having their first child". I'm so disappointed I'm not going to be able to go... Maybe Indianapolis? Hopefully. I am really. so happy for both of them

That is so true about a dancer at the concert. We are looking at the coreography, the line changes, the use of props and costumes. Don’t bother us during a great 8 counts. I want to know when she’s inspired, like Travis’s end zone dances, how does she or her choreographer incorporate his moves into her dances.

She is phenomenal what a performer and artist . Also her media and pr team are off the scale . Rarely have I witnessed a person who attracts love and cynicism in such equal measures.which equates to everyone talking . Half believe she is sensational and others believing its like the biggest concocted facade ever everything staged managed to perfection . Either way it’s win win . 😂 the struggle for Mitchum deodorant is real!!! Thankfully, HEB (Texas only of course) always keeps it in stock! That and Schmidt’s are my go tos!! Have to have them. Do you think TS gets Botox in her feet to preform that long???😂😂 I would, dayum I’ve seen behind the scenes of other artists (and these were in the 90s and 00s bts) and a lot of them have a little nook with a travel toilet, like what you’d use with camping or something. They usually have easy access with their dress or she could use a simple girlie urine cup🤷🏼‍♀️ I have one for travel and if needed and a bathroom isn’t an available. I’ve used it a few times and it’s really easy and fast. I would assume there’s something like that and immediate water or tea or whatever to help her throat. I’m sure there’s some songs she’s forced to lip sync just to preserve her voice, because that would make sense along with others tricks and comforts to make it all convenient and fast. She’s a beast but everyone has a limit and I’m sure her hydration, bio habits, and throat all feel it.
