Anthony: Chris be walkin' around with a grimace!" *rocks back and forth with a hilarious straight face* Anthony: For three hours he's *really* George Washington!" Me: *dead of laughter*
The shows aren't technically sold out. there are special seats that are colored red on the digital map that are very expensive some sell to around two thousand dollars because they are the last few seats left. The lady that has been 8 times is in another bway show as the lead and she is making A LOT of money so she can afford those seats.
"Try not to make a fool of myself. And if I do make a fool of myself do it an a way that's charming and endearing" well that about sums up my day to day life
Jimmy was absolutely adorable at the stage door I LOVED HIM😂 he kept all of us at the stage door on our feet and excited for the possibilities of meeting the cast! And he kept on checking on us for over two hours! 💙
+miss_kt_g I was just about to say that. Don't get your hopes up fellow fans. Broadway is a very bureaucratic system outside of the theatre/stage and away from its performers. It's a lot more complex and more politically/economically driven then a lot of people may think. It's standard for the majority of live stage performances to be recorded for archive purposes. It's part of the Theatre on Film Tape Archive at the New York Public Library. The archives are exclusive for research/legacy purposes, not for public release.
Lin has mentioned that the show has been filmed (with the original cast including Jonathan Groff :D) but he doesn't know what is going to be done with it so fingers crossed!!
Lin said there will definitely be a filmed version of Hamilton available with the original cast. It has already been filmed no word on when it's being released, but its coming cause he said he wants it to be more accessible to students.
Veanne made me cry. The end was so touching, and Leslie is just so wonderful and kind! I don't want these to ever end!!! And if they must I want someone else from the cast to get them! lol. Anthony maybe?!?! He cracks me up!!!
Had me crying at the end talking about the passing of her dad and listening to Quiet Uptown. The Hamilton Soundtrack makes me cry everyday and it's never at the same moment.
I say this every week, but this has become my favorite series yet! It's awesome to see the behind-the-scenes work that goes into a show. As an actor, this is a very special time for me to learn as much as I possibly can!

They film every broadway show for archival purposes. It looks like it’s not all the original cast (Johnathan Groff isn’t there for example) so it was more than likely that happening!
Valencia King nah Groff had already left the cast when they filmed the show (now for disney), but he came back for that week just to do his part and he left again right after
Yay! Awesome episode. Caroline or Change moved me so much I couldn't describe it to people without crying - nice to see you have a moment with Tonya and Veanne
The New York Public Library records certain Broadway shows for their archives to be used for research purposes. The public will most likely never see it.
+Amy Brown personally (and of course of no fault of yours) i think that is fucking ridiculous. hamilton spends SO much time trying to get as many people to see the show as possible. i hope they release a recording.
I love how you went up to Jim and interviewed him because far too people are under appreciated for being in the background. I want to see this show with this cast so bad I feel like I would chop off a toe. Hopefully, I can see it when I go down in two weeks. #Lottery #Cancellations 1% chance but IDGAF
