Man Kayla has got the “IT” factor. Idk how she’s not an actress or in media is beyond me. Shes so charismatic, quick witted, well spoken, charming, insightful, uplifting &, professional but still got that fun/wild side that makes you wanna be best friends w her. I love this episode! Kayla Nicole seems so sweet and just chill. I do not like therapy homework though. I love just having the ability to talk and deconstruct things in real time. I have been seeing my therapist two times a week for like 4 years. She has helped me so much. I left another therapist because she did not help. She provided homework but lacked the ability to work through things real time and all the homework was on managing my anxiety as opposed to treating the sources. I’ll have to listen to other episodes.
I see so many people in the comments only calling Kayla Travis ex like that’s all she is. This highlights what they spoke about in the podcast regarding women who date high profile men just being known for that. The first time I ever saw Kayla, I saw her being featured on a fitness channel and started following her from there. Afterwards I found out she was dating Travis. She has a career outside of this man.

I really enjoyed this episode and getting to know Kayla a little better. I must admit I was feeling a little sorry for her and the fact that she got caught up in that whole whirlwind. But now I see she's evolved so far beyond that world, it almost seems pathetic. I can see her with an executive as she said, or a doctor and being a wonderful business partner and entrepreneur in her own right. I wish her well in what I think will be a very bright future.

This was cute. But for this guest it would have been great to tune in and discover unknown information about Kayla. Like “Who is Kayla?” “where did she grow up? Her educational history and goals with her degree? More about her businesses? As an audience member tuning it - that would have been great to have learned more about her.
The therapist needs to help you figure out why you’re making the choices that are negatively impacting you. Getting to the core. And then give strategies to move forward with.
