Czyz was a fantastic boxer with great longevity and skill. A true boxer. Spadafora was a champion and maybe could've become a legend before he kinda blew it. Not the first, not the last, but still has a great legacy. A brilliant boxer.
Paul was a Master Boxer with a slick style and great vision. I had the opportunity to train/work with him 12 years ago when he was attempting a comeback. We trained primarily in Florida, and I even took him to Paterson, New Jersey to get some quality sparring. I’m happy to see that today he’s doing okay and living in Vegas with his family.
@@filipnino1312 I took him to my boy Alex’s gym at the time which was down the street from the hospital and next to the firehouse. I also brought him by where Terrific was… Ike’s.
Good tv boxing memories of Bobby Czyz a regular on Thursday Night Fights and Frank " The Animal" Fletcher. I recall both as top shelf and highly entertaining Philadelphia/NJ area products when ESPN was watchable .... "Good night sweet prince," Sal Marciano. ....oh and also William Shakespeare
Spaddy Spaddy Spaddy!!!! one of the most talented boxers to ever step in a ring.. in their primes was picking Mayweather apart in their sparring session everyone can see on RU-vid.. Remember when he mopped Angel Manfredy.. would’ve loved to see him vs Floyd on the Big Stage
This is good one. I’m bobtail at the truck stop enjoying the quiet. Tomorrow I have to pick up a refrigerated load and it’s going to be hot so the dang will be running all day
Hearns, Hagler, Leonard, Duran, Mugabi, Matthew Saad Muhammad, JC Chavez, Meldrick Taylor, Pernell Whitaker, they used to have world title fights on ABC, NBC, CBS on the weekends. Philly fighters were always tough as hell.
Snuff you ever see the movie about Joey Nardone from South Philly,I was wondering if it's a true story..Was their really such a person.Great boxing story and movie..God Bless guys..🇮🇹🇺🇸
Czyz was a champion, and Spadafora (the tattooed guy) was good. Spadafora says Joey Maxim was his relative, he does not mention that Maxim, who was Italian, was the world light heavy champion.
FOR PEOPLE THAT DONT KNOW ABOUT IT P-TOWN, (patterson) BOXING N FIGHTING TO PATTERSON IS LIKE WHAT COUNTY MUSIC IS TO NASHVILLE OR OR MOVIES N SHOW BIZ..IS TO HOLLYWOOD IDK KNOW ABOUT NOW BIT I KNOW 20 YEARS AGO DEFINITELY WAS
What kind of circus was that? I enjoy these videos, but this was definitely a train wreck. What’s up with the guy in the white shirt? Looks like he was ready to have a heart attack. 🤔
Yeah this channel started strong but it's rapidly declining. Videos are too short now and theres too much advertisement going on. The videos themselves are half ass and bland
Skinny Joe.. You saw Testa and Senter are out right now? Any comments on that? They fell in 1989 long time huh? Comment? You better not put it on Patreon either 😂
Can't stand Jake Paul but that dbag throws bombs Mike is wayyyyyyy too old n I'm a big Tyson fan jbh Mike gonna get seriously hurt (if the fight happens at all) He looked like he was 90 years old against Roy Come on stop it The Glory Days were over 25 years ago
