How does having a DNA test show that you are a 'Messianic Jew'? The test may show some markers of the ethnicity, but it would never 'reveal' a person's faith in Messiah. That's a heart issue. Being a Jew doesn't put anyone on a special status. It is about having a circumsiced heart before the Messiah.

As I understand, by coming from a christian church, the term "messianic" is purposed to describe those who can not be found in judaism anymore, because they've understood and accepted Yeashua as our Messiah and therefore have nothing to do with the talmud teachings about the Messiah and the faith anymore. Messianics would be to judaism, what Martin Luther was to catholicism, by hammering a big SOLA SCRIPTURA over the Wittenberg church doors. Also, messianics don't call themselves christians, because of all errs and false teachings of the christian churches. So it seems kind of contradictory to me, someone describing himself to be a messianic jew... it would be like I say I'm a "messianic christian" 🤦🏻‍♂️. It seems necessary we all rescue our "hebrew" origins and reject this very old, purposed and pervasive confusion of the term "jew". I believe many others would come into the messianic faith, if they would get this confusion undone.

Yes my brother , most Christians will resist this. It is a lonely road. No Messianic church in our vacinity and only 1 other believer!

Do you observe the entire Saturday Sabbath ? I listen to a a couple messianic speakers on You tube including Monta, on the Sabbath. I went to baptist and Pentecostal churches all my life until I researched the Sabbath. Sunday is one of my best workdays, being as I do not go to any stores on Sabbath. I will not go near any baptist or Pentecostal churches now, and I tell all of them why, when I see them. If I went to those churches on Sunday, they would not think I was serious about Sabbath.

We couldn’t go back to Sunday Church…their lack of knowledge and blatant breaking the 4th Commandment was/is too much for us.

We would not ever have any thing to do with the Sunday church again. Even if they enforce a Sunday church law, (there is rumor they will) where we are all mandated to go to a church on Sunday, we will not go because they are pagan. They keep Xmas, and easter and do not keep Sabbath or the Feasts.I will not disobey God by practicing what He said to not practice. The very idea, the very practice of being in a Sunday church, goes against God, in my opinion. These Sunday church goers are Sabbath breakers and Feast breakers . We actually stopped going to Synagogue here in town because we can no longer be ok with their roman catholic pagan hellidays. oops, I mean holidays, They believe it is ok to keep the pagan holidays. We do not have a place to go to on Sabbath so we stay home and listen to Rabbi Monte and some other respectable learned Rabbis. We are able to rest on this day, which is what we are supposed to do. We are 'members' with Rabbi Montes Synagogue and tithe to them regularly. We are grateful that in todays world we can learn from these schooled men of God from our home. @@iosifilies8273 It is different to love than it is to congregate. For instance, can we not feed, provide water, cloth, and pray for the afflicted without "hanging out" with them? The righteous are unequally yoked with the wicked and the unfaithful. And there are those that refuse to turn from wickedness.

You do no have to say HaShem, that is "Judaism"... We, "Israel" are to proclaim His name throughout the world! "HaShem" means the "name"... when you meet the Father, are you going to say. ""Hi the-name, how are you doing? Wrong... that's a slap in the face of the Almighty... YeHoVaH/YaHuWah is as close to His name as we know it... Proclaim His name!

The Priesthood did not stop sacrificing at the Temple until 70 years after Yeshua’s sacrifice. When the Apostles talk about an end to sacrifices, they are looking forward to Yeshua’s Return. In that Day, everyone ‘will’ have God’s Torah written on their hearts, and everything is Renewed over and over. For individuals every time they Teshuavah…repent and return. For societies, every time God moves on their behalf…🙏

‘Soon disappear’ references the ‘Last Day.’ All the Apostles believed Yeshua would be back tomorrow, which would bring about the ‘Last Day.’

And to be fair their are Tora laws where the Israelites treated fellow Israelites differently than the foreigner charging interest is one that comes to mind. But no where does our father specifically states "you are to love your fellow Israelites as I love you"

Jesus did institute the new covenant in His blood which we are to do in remembrance of Him. The laws on blood offerings are finished because Yahshua is our final offering and sacrifice, according to the covenant with Abraham in the OT

There are no ‘Jewish’ holy days…there are God’s Holy Days, ‘Moadim.’ God gave them the commandments to keep them.
