Hello Ness, new subscriber here in Adelaide South Australia where it's a bit cold. I am English and spent many lovely holidays in Cornwall as a child - it really is a beautiful county and it's nice to have a bit of nostalgia from the old country. I loved "Poldark" but my favourite series (I'm ancient hope you don't mind) was with Robin Ellis and Angharad Reece (ask your mum) 🥰😍🤩 I love your book, it's just so beautiful. Until next time, love Angela 😘Xx
Enjoyed watching your video. Loving your blue yarn used for the shawl. Like you I am not a very confident knitter. I only cast on my first pair of socks back in April this year. I have switched to doing cuff down and using a very stretchy cast on and have now made half a dozen vanilla socks. I did try the emotional support chicken but wouldn't have completed it following the pattern alone. I found a lady on RU-vid from the company that wrote the pattern who took me through it step by step and I was very pleased with the result. I did use an Aran weight yarn. I like you, also am a crocheter but wanted to try a new adventure with knitting this year and already knew the basics.
I enjoyed the podcast. I have never tried toe up socks and they frighten me a bit, but I love the colour of your pair. The scenery at the end was beautiful. Jinny
Hi Ness, I'm a new subscriber found you via Gayna. Re: your Harvest cardigan (looks lovely btw!) Jana from Purl Together on You Tube has a brilliant set of multi episode knit along videos for this pattern, thought it might be handy to know. Keep up the great podcasts 😀
