Thanks for another thought-provoking video... What would you say is a recommended timescale to eat each meal? Even if I really try to slow down I still plow through my steak & eggs & vegetables in 10 minutes 😅
The time scale around 30 minutes to an hour. Yes can be really difficult especially if you're really hungry! Depends on the type of food. A large steak dinner an hour, plant foods or fish can be masticated a lot quicker. Tip. If you are really hungry then eat something as a starter that can be masticated quickly such as eggs. Eat a couple of eggs at the beginning of the meal to supress that hunger a bit and then enjoy the steak and veggies at a slower pace. It could help.
