That came out really nice. The reveal of the ring above the clock face was appropriate.

Nicely done! I haven't experimented with epoxy yet and don't have a CNC, however I can truly see how this type of build could be super satisfying to do!

I have been experimenting with epoxy and plastic, as an alternative to using release spray. And you have confirmed that yes we can use plastic and the epoxy will just pop right out. Great build, great video and awesome narration.

Thank you and that's awesome. I was super surprised it popped out so easily without any kind of spray. This is the garbage bag I used btw. amzn.to/3vlv0Tp

I could totally make that, except for the metal working, wood working, and epoxy parts. 😆 Awesome project! That came out great. I love the video too. Nice work! 👍🏼

Good call with the darker stain.

I tend to gravitate towards the darker stains for most projects unless a request is made for another.

Nice to see another slider out there. Couldnt make out the manufacturer though.
@buildingwithbobby
@buildingwithbobby 5 месяцев назад
Heck yea. It does the job. The biggest adjustment for me was ripping pieces of wood with the sliding table sticking out right where I normally would stand. Grizzly is the manufacturer. The 10" 5 HP Sliding Table Saw.
@inlandwoodandresin
@inlandwoodandresin 5 месяцев назад
@buildingwithbobby right on. I used a Hammer K3 Winner. I'll never go back to a traditional cabinet saw. I run into the same ripping issue because of the location of my outrigger fence. Anywhoo, cool clock and a solid vid

Just found your channel looks amazing. Could do that without the metal parts although dont expect ad get much more than $100 in my area people dont wanna pay for anything in my area. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍

😂 it helps when people see the value in what you build and have the cash to pay for it, for sure. Thanks for checking out the video!

@@buildingwithbobby yea a sure can't get prices like use get across the pond. Cutting boards for example use will get anywhere from $150+ to who knows what I struggle to get a full size 12x18 cutting board at 2" thick to sell for $100 🤬

It seems so obvious to me, I can't believe more people don't use plastic sheeting for epoxy moulds.
