Another nice video! I like the way you explain your thinking during the video. Out of curiosity: if cutting grooves anyway, why not cut grooves for the dividers and just glue them in?

Thank you! I could have done that too instead of pocket holes for the dividers but the way I designed it, those middle shelves were pretty long which meant they were bulky and heavy and I don’t love running through things that wide and bulky on my current setup. My table saw is just too small and I don’t have a outfeed table that could assist me. Whenever I upgrade my table saw set up then I would probably go that route but for now the pocket hole screws did the trick. I am planning on plugging them up so they won’t be too noticeable once it’s complete. Glad you enjoyed the video!
