Yesterday we attended the Business in the Community Ireland Mentoring Celebration in Dublin. Over the course of the year members of our senior leadership team have taken on the roles of mentors for a group of senior cycle students in a local school. Each of our volunteers was paired up with a student on a 1 to 1 basis, and this programme seeks to provide individual support on a wide range of career focused topics.
