I have been using Epsom Salts for years to help my multiple sclerosis.
Magnesium is an important mineral for our bodies and it can be found in a variety of foods. The easiest way to get magnesium into your body is through the skin - hence the Epsom Salts bath.

It's kind enough for people with MS because the water doesn't have to be hot, sometimes rise in temperature can bring on MS symptoms for people.

If you’ve never had an Epsom salt bath, consider testing a patch of skin with magnesium sulfate and water first.
Avoid submerging broken skin in an Epsom salt bath.

I've been using epsom salt for my MS either in the bath or soaking my feet in it for about 5 years and I wouldn't be without it, I like how affordable it is too. I enjoy your videos about supplements, thankyou x

Hi Laura another very informative video and I will definitely take away the information and incorporate more magnesium in my diet. So sorry for your loss I lost my gran around this time two years ago and it’s never easy. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas Lisa x

Thanks Lisa, I think our Christmas dinners will help with the magnesium intake, carrots brocoli, chicken, beef, apple sauce - and lots of nuts! Sorry for your loss too, yes the grief never goes away, it just gets easier to process over time. Merry Christmas sweetie x

Here I am 😊 thank you for your kind words, Christmas was very different this year, it's not an easy thing to loose someone you 💜 so much. But her light is always with me and that keeps me comforted. Yay you for talking magnesium too, it's so nice to hear that it helps you too. Yes I find it definitely helps with mood and also a nice magnesium bath before sleep is just absolute bliss...
