You must be the luckiest guy in the world to fix this problem by doing what you did. Inside the clip is burned, you can sand inside the clip with a 500 grit sandpaper but if it's burned too much it will not work. I tried this with my Epson et-2750 but I'm still getting the same error and I cleaned everything real good with alcohol and all contacts are perfect. My ribbon cable looked exactly like yours. I probably have a blown fuse but I don't think it's worth fixing this

Hello friend. I got this error aswell as the 031008 on my wf 7710 after a manual head flush from your other video, i let it sit over night and the next day it turned on fine but now it prints blanks after plenty of head cleanings and nozzle checks. Do you kno what this means? Would really appreciate a response, thanks!
Hello I had that error. And cleaned the ribbon cable and the error is gone but the printer only prints blank pages. I replaced the headprint and it stills printing blank pages. I orderd from your website the ribbon cable and see if it fixes it. if I don't have the error anymore and it stills print blank pages, what else could it be?

Hi Kevin, brilliant videos, you have advised me in the past, ref epson wf-7720, I have now replaced print head and the print head data cable, due to burnt flat cable and burnt out print head, however I still get error code 031006, this video hints it could be mother (main) board, are you able to confirm this??, I understand there's a fuse on this board for the print head, is this an easy repair, or is it simpler to throw the board away and replace with new one, thanks in advance.
I removed printer head and was cleaning it with water and then with specialy dedicated cleaning solution CLEANSER INK STRONG. Now I have Error E-01 after printer start. Can such water or cleaner solution made short inside the printer head PCB, too ? I am convinced that if you clean printer head PCB and then dry it before installation, then nothing should happen to this PCB and motherboard too, and you can use this printer head again. Only problem is - in my opinion - HOW TO CLEAN printer head PCB connector contacts, because after cleaning it with water or cleaner solution, residues or oxidation can stay on the contacts surface, which prevent good conductive connection. What do you think about : - using of cleaned-up and dried Printer head : - oxidation after cleaning of Printer head contacts surface ? Thank you very much in advance for you opinion.
The solution utilized for cleaning is alcohol-based. Allowing your printer to air dry naturally for a period of 2-5 days (The longer the better) after the cleaning of the printhead should have no enduring impact. By "naturally," I mean leaving the printer undisturbed on your table without turning it on.
@@BCHTechnologies yes, I was able to figure it out . But my printer won’t turn on now. After pressing the On button the blue light by the power but turns on real quick with orange light on the error light. after replacing the print head and print head cables. My printer is not turning on. Have you ever ran into this problem ? Any advise? I’ve check that I put everything back to get her checked it 4 times.

Do you by any chance know how to fix a Epson Surecolor S80600? I'm getting an error code 1a39 and I don't want to replace my printhead.. again. This printer has 2 printheads so it's quite expensive. The manual keeps telling me it's an error code with one or both printheads but I think it's something else. I literally replaced one of the printheads three months ago and it's really uncommon for this error code to pop up again. Please give me any suggestions you may have. I'd appreciate it.

hi. I have a epson c5790 printer. My printer does not print magenta. I'm doing head cleaning, magenta color is coming. Head is intact. but after some printing, the red color still does not come on. Why dont Epson seal their print head connector so ink does not short out the print head and cause damage also to the mother board....i like Epson but this problem is preventable and should never happen !!!!!!!
