@@marilynmoreno649 Lift the “printer display / control panel” up. There should be four black screws behind the panel, remove the far left and far right screws. This will allow you to lift up the top half of the printer. This will allow you greater access to remove jammed paper. This will also make it easier to pry the side panel off. Lift up on the top half of the printer and then kind of pry the side panel upwards from the bottom. It should pop off and allow access to the area in the video. It’s a bit hard to explain but hopefully I explained well enough to get you going 🙂
@@netxfarmer5252 thank you so much. I was about to ask the same question I’m going to give it a try and see if that’s what’s happening with my printer. It’s not showing jammed info but it’s just not rolling the paper in if that makes sense.
