Hello. I have a problem with the ET 2814 printer. At the same time, 4 lights flash, namely the power button, the lower wifi light and both ink lights. When I plug the printer directly into the socket, the printer turns on automatically, the power button does not work because when I press it, the printer will not turn off. I am asking for help.
Hello. Thanks for your reply. The printer is two and a half years old. I use genuine Epson ink. I turned off the printer for 24 hours and the problem is the same. The power button does not work because the printer does not turn off when I press it. I tried various combinations, e.g. B. Pressed the power button and the Color button for 15 seconds, still nothing. I opened the printer and there is no paper residue.
