Thank you for sharing this solution! 4 years after it helped me out today. We've always just cleaned the lower paper cutter, but that wasn't enough anymore. The was a lot of glue on the top one. Thanks, buddy!
Thanks a ton! Got this printer second hand and it was absolutely filthy. I cleaned out everything I could see that was dirty, but I was extremely frustrated at the fact that every time I printed a label, on the cut line there was black residue. Found your video, tore the machine apart to find a extremely caked up blade. Heres a pro tip- use a magic eraser with some iso alcohol on it, it will take that ink right up.
I'm having an issue where i keep getting paper jam error 03 on this exact printer model. I've tried everything, from cleaning the sensor and shooting compressed air throughout the paper path in hope of blowing out an small debris that might be tricking the sensor to no avail. Even with no paper inserted i still hear a noise is if the rollers abruptly stop and get that paper jam error. Any suggestions?
Thank you for this great video. I have another problem with my Epsom c3500 printer. It shows error 3 and we have been cleaning and whiping without any result :( thought you might have a hack for fixing error 3?
Hi many thanks for this video its been a God send. I know this isn't really the place to ask for help but I have not been getting any response from Epson (so far). After updating PC to Windows 10 followed by some poor decisions on my part now whenever I try and print from my TM-C3500 it empties the paper roll, no printing or cutting, just feeding paper out. Have you any idea how to stop this? Is there a reset button or something? Best wishes Tim Fisher (Liverpool,UK)
