@@andallthatcouldhavebeen...9175 The charges against them are contentious but no matter what you think about it, they violated US law and Snowden arguably betrayed the intelligence service he works for. A whole country would collapse if people regularly betrayed their oath and started to leak stuff like that. If anyone did anywhere near close to what they did while working for Russia or Saudi Arabia, they'd have been arrested long ago and punished harshly for it. People get arrested for simply criticizing the regime or expressing themselves in those countries. Not the same at all compared to what happens in the west.

Besides the statement wasn't the guest didn't get to talk a lot it was that adam's mouth needs duck tape over it during the show, to only be removed when asked a question.
That was the fastest 2 hour podcast I’ve ever listened to. I know people are complaining about Adam but IMO even he can’t take away how great Tim was with the fellas. Not only is Tim one of the funniest comedians out there his knowledge of current and former politics is insane. the guy definitely knows his stuff. I really hope they bring him back because this episode flew by.
Adam interrupting before he's even come up with a cohesive point to make is absolutely maddening. Is it that he just likes the sound of his own voice or that he can't tolerate Tim finishing a point he disagrees with? I'm glad to hear from different perspectives. I'll listen to anyone for a while but they need to be COHERENT!
I get this feeling this might be the situation of the "he knows people" or "he knows people who know people" sort of deal. That kind of thing happens sometimes in this sorta gig it seems.
Adam wasn’t like this like 100 episodes ago. I don’t know what happen but Adam was semi likable. But then he just started choosing stuff tht clearly didn’t make sense and really standing on it. At first I thought maybe they told him to argue a different view point but then I realized it was just him.
@@izzy1000ful It's the desperation of wanting to be liked. I guarantee he reads the comments and knows that people do not like him, so he's desperately trying to be more likeable, which is having the opposite affect.

I loved his metaironic defense of sex abuse parties with children, never made me think he was serious about not wanting to get blacklisted from child sex parties, very funny.
He displays an arrogance and hubris that is breathtaking; I expect him to start chanting USA--- USA and then they wonder why the rest of the world does not what what they are selling... endless war, invasions, coups, color regime change and more war.

@@daveg9541 That 911 is explainable? And aliens are more important? One of those things dramatically affected the lives of billions of people and led to the death of well over a million. The other one is constantly being rolled out at times when nasty details of scandals are making the news, and has directly affected pretty much no one.
This is the first time I’ve commented and I’ve watch this show for a long time but I can’t believe it that Patrick didn’t stop Adam from interrupting everybody multiple times, including Patrick himself. It’s totally out of control also for the first time I turn it off.
I swear he's been on something lately drug wise. He reminds me of that arrogance people sometimes get when they're drunk or doin snow. Also Tim looked like he was either sick or been skiing last night

I'm experiencing the same issue with Flagrant. I want to hear interesting takes on ideas and they keep getting halted by...weird, common talking points. I'm not sure if it's narcissism or desperation. That being said; Tim seems to pull from their rambling some interesting comedic points.
I get it, I truly do, but your issue is not with the overtalking itself, but rather that it's Adam who is overtalking, right? PBD is not building an echo chamber where all like-minded people can self-congratulate. He is building bridges between a large contingent of society that relates to Adam. If we are unfairly critical of him and disparage him at every turn, what does that say about us? Is the truth really on our side, or are we just a bunch of butthurt individuals who actually embody what the left accuses us of being?
Tim telling Adam he was dumb for wanting to know the truth about UFO's over everything else is ridiculous, that is the most interesting out of all the options.
He's making it impossible though. Honestly I think it's almost like in baseball when a star player isn't playing well to start the season they start "pressing". It seems like either Adam is unwell mentally/on drugs or he's pressing trying to inject himself in every sentence so that PBD and the audience will see the dude's value to the show. He interrupted Tim to give the dumbest take on America vs China I've heard in some time. It was nice to see Tim take it and ask him some questions that would hopefully get him to address his own schemas.

PBD has to get rid of this dude. It's not that he has a different opinion it's the ignorance and just complete disrespect he has for the show and the people talking that's the problem. What makes Rogan/PBD so good is they let people talk. Especially in a podcast environment you can't have some dude trying to constantly inject his opinions, running over the people speaking, and the "home team" guys are getting sick of it. Last week was about as unprofessional as I've seen it here and it was all from Adam just acting like a 10 year old. That episode with the Muslim comedian was the first time I really saw Adam for what he is. This one it was like he was trying to play comedian with Tim and show that he was more funny than him and I'm not really into Tim's comedy either but Adam definitely doesn't belong telling jokes to an audience.

Watching this one 8 days late, but hands down one of my favorites. I love how proactive PBD tries to be in a lot of issues and tries to get other involved too. He has the money, the platform and the influence and he uses it for good. Thanks for being one of the good guys Patrick!

Sometimes you need an idiot as an example. You can say something and one person can say something else. One of you can have a stupid answer doesn't mean they should be censored. I think pbd is being more effective by letting him go off the walls let him look like a fool and maybe one day come around it. It gives the viewer a chance to say who's an idiot and who's not. I do get what you're saying he shouldn't be interrupting anybody but how can you tell an idiot that? Lol
Adam is...the guy on the right? Yeah, I think I'd rather he have quick, short thoughts and a stack of his own pulled images rather than using the producers to do it, slowing things down.
