In this instance, you show a lack of ability to even identify a legal proceeding in an objective manner. What it shows is that you lack the basic awareness of the manner in which a legal fact is objectively identified. Lacking even this most rudimentary knowledge, you sally forth like a sailing ship without a rudder. Furthermore, your claims are merely your personal opinions, and you are unsware by all appearances, of the distinction between knowledge (Greek EPISTEME) and opinion (Greek DOXA). Thus armed, your efforts to inform are more akin to Don Quixote charging windmills than they are informed positions regarding a legal proceeding. Your technological information is much better. Your political advocacy is of a lesser standard.

Anyone who has observed the legal process can see that its application is not equitable.
