That's the same thing for me!

I learned my lesson riding in the hot weather when I had heat stroke last summer. I would not recommend riding if it’s above 85.

Also, when you canter, it is like a blast of cold air, but your horse's body generates heat and your legs feel warm, so when you dismount, you legs feel sooooo cold

And they're the only time you can look cute because you're not sweating buckets and you're not bundled up like an Eskimo. The amount of layers I put on every time I go to the barn in winter is insane.

A lot of the time I like to stand in front of the grain and stick your hand out at there eye they will stay within hands length in my experience once they back if realest the pressure

My horse used to do that whenever I had treats, or whenever she even thought I had treats, whether I actually did or not. I taught her that in order to get the treat, she has to turn her head away - I reinforce it every time I ride her, and now she basically never tries to push for one, and even on the very rare occasions when she does try (whether I actually have one or not), it only takes a sound from me and she immediately stops. It's just basic manners around food. The youtube video I used is called "Introducing your Horse to Clicker Training Part 1 - Look Away" on the channel Georgia Bruce - it was super helpful for me because I had no idea where to start to break her habit, and that video took me step by step with tons of detailed explanation, it was perfect.

I feel like it just takes time, but I’d just start somewhere in the middle. If your horse starts tossing his head, throwing it down, than maybe ease up a tiny bit, but if he starts getting out of a frame, maybe a little wobbly at the trot or whatever, take more feel of the reigns.
