I was a little kid watching ER. It’s part of the reason I’m a paramedic now. It’s part of the reason I’m pursuing medical school. My passion for medicine at a very young age was helped sparked by this show. It’s to this day one of my favorites that only scrubs in a different way can somewhat compare.
I loved ER. I watched it every week for 15 years. The show was great. And it was wonderful watching the final episode to see all of the characters come back. Cordey, Benton, Weaver, all of the original nurses, it was wonderful seeing them again. Only thing was Dr. Greene wasn’t there. That made me sad. ER was the great show.
Yes, I was too, but sadly Hulu is only available in the US which means people outside it won't be able to watch it... But now ER is on HBO Max and that's available in many countries, now I imagine a lot of people will watch it and that's great!
i remember when it started, it competed against Chicago Hope, but i watched ER cuz i knew some of the actors, and stuck with it for 15 years, i miss it so much
I loved this show. It's an all time favorite of mine. Its hard to believe the series ended 11 years ago! I was there for every single episode. I hadn't watched it for years up until recently. The POP channel plays it every morning from 5am to 9am so I have been watching it again and had forgotten just what a fantastic show it was...one of the very best medical shows ever will real stories and amazing acting from a great cast. I miss those Thursdays of Friends, Mad About You, Seinfield, Will and Grace, and ER. It was "must-see Thursdays. Dr. Carter was my favorite character. He really evolved and just such a fantastic character and doctor. They just don't make shows like this anymore.
greys anatomy is funny and crazy at times but never as intense as ER was! my fav character was dr Greene, he had the best and craziest stories to tell about his love, children,friends and death!
I loved the way it ended too! true to ER, true to real life; people come and go, which is what i loved about the finale, there you had some people you knew from the 15 years working in the ER and a host of brand new doctors and med students and future to be med students coming through the doors. and really, that's the way i remember Crichton once said in how hospitals are run, doctors and nurses come and after leave for another job some times some place else, it's the natural cycle of the ER.
I had to stop watching it in 03 because I got cancer and was in hospital for two months and then very sick and sad. But I still will watch it sometimes for good episodes
OMG i freakin loved this show sooo very much...its been my favoirte since the beginning and i havent seen a show yet thtat even comes close to being as good as ER is,,,,,i cried so hard when during the final episode...ER FOREVER!!!!!

They probably didn't mention it on the interview cause Rachel doctor Green daughter was there. I love this show I'm on 4th season on Hulu. I saw it when it starts in the 90's. Great show.
