What iLVL range do you think is necessary for Mythic? And/or what iLVL do you think pugs will take for mythic?

Pugs for Mythic will take anything from 400 - 405 now and that is more than fine, especially for the first few bosses in the raid!!

Why do you think it's better to kill the inner primal flame add and then the outer? Trying Mythic with my guild and we are doing the opposite.

Probably so the melee is closer to the boss when the second add gets killed as he is in the middle so less movement to start dps again

Killing the inner first can mean your raid stays centred a lot easier, instead of your raid getting pushed away from the center/boss at the end of intermission which converts into better uptime. I don't think its the make or break factor though, just worth mentioning.
