Just wanna say that nothing is wrong with primarily staying in and cooking and doing crotcheting/ things that feed the soul. I definitely agree that it’s important to still take steps to do things out of your comfort zone and play and have fun outside of that though ! Just a reminder that there’s no need to feel shame in that being a preference etc.❤❤❤ so glad you’re having fun!

Anxiety can be due to low oxygen in the brain. Moving/exercise/diet change/sunlight etc.. may help.

That's funny! When you cut from the concert to laying in bed my first reaction was, "oh no! how did she end up in the hospital!?". I mean, I'm going to go ahead and guess that the crowd doesn't break out into a mosh pit at these concert! haha. It's time for me to follow suit and find things out of my comfort zone. Hey Luna, I watched your podcast about everyone around you calling you skinny and I watched your videos after and you are not skinny, don’t worry. Where I live girls are 45-50 kg and it is normal but since America is the most obese country, being normal (which is called fat in Bulgaria) is considered skinny. I am sorry that they are trying to make you feel bad, I just wanted to let you know that you shouldn’t feel like you are underweight when you are totally normal and healthy, this is a normal body and people calling you skinny is just because of the us standard. ❤ ps: you look amazing, I hope you dont take this as something bad ❤
