This method is actually really brilliant. I've been using it to lift my brows for a while and it really works but you need to be consistent and do it at least once a day
Itay Aier after doing it every day I began seeing results after about a week or 2 I would say. But I find that sometimes if I skip a few days my brows will fall back to normal and will pick back up once I return to the process so it's definitely something you have to keep up with but the good thing is that you create muscle memory so as long as you continue to do it then you should have great results
I know you posted this awhile ago but I have a great tip for avoiding crows feet. It is real easy, when you wipe something on our off of your eyes, do not wipe from the inside of your eyes to the outside of your eye. Wipe from the outside inwards. Think about it. When you wipe from the inside out you are stretching your skin. When you are wiping from the outside in you are not stretching your skin. My mother told me this when I was around 12, I am 55 now and I have no crows feet. I can't tell you if it is from my mothers tip or genes, but how hard would it be to use this tip? Good Luck.
I have heavily hooded eyes and am overweight so here in my 30s, the lids got puffy and droopy. This helped so much. I've slacked off because I don't work alone anymore (I did a lot of exercises at work- multitasking!)- Back in the game for 2020. THANKS so much for sharing so much knowledge on youtube!
This really works, I jusr have crows feet on left side because of little droppy of eyebrow. After this its gone. This is natural bottox, so happy to find this. And feels so good doing these exercices, its relaxing

Thank you so much! One of my eyes is more droopy than the other, and I can't lift that eyebrow either, but the opposite eyebrow I can raise easily. I look similar to the old photo you showed of yourself - quite asymmetrical. It's been bothering me for some time now. So now I am going to do this exercise to even out my eyes when I am watching RU-vid. Thanks again!
This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "face yoga jennifer aniston" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

I saw another on You Tube doing yoga exercises for the eyes and she did the opposite you did. She put her hands over her brows and then pushed down with the eyes feeling tension but it didn't make sense. I have very droopy eye lids, very droopy and I'm going to try these exercises as it makes more sense to have your eyes go up if they are droopy. Thanks, Diane
For anyone new to face yoga and skeptical of the concept, I was too but tried it out and IT WORKS!!!!! Im 22 but have an asymmetrical hooded eye and Its starting to even out and lift up. But I followed her exercises religiously for 3 weeks. Also from personal experience, Some face yoga teachers ask you to do the opposite- try closing your eyes shut while stretching your eyebrow up with your finger or train your forehead muscles by pushing your eyebrows up with them DO NOT DO EITHER OF THESE please. They made my eyes sag more. Its important to follow channels like these that give out correct information.

Few years ago I really wanted to be able to raise just one eyebrow, so I practised and learned. With my attitude I always raised 1 brow. Now my face on that side is lifted... the other is not :D
i am only 15 but i feel so self-conscious because i always lift one eyebrow unintentionally and therefore in pictures my face looks very assymetrical, so hearing your back story about the car accident and seeing pictures of you before and after is really motivating for me. thank you for this video i will be trying all these exercises regularly.

Hi, i'm 33 and when i was around 7 i fell on my jaw and now i have noticed that my face is asymmetric, so my eyes are not very aligned and i can see it on pictures or even when i put make up on, also my lips have the same asymmetric problem and of course the contour of my jaw... so my question is, if there are any yoga exercises that would help me look more symmetric. Hi! I was told today that I need an eyebrow lift to fix my droopy forehead. But I can't afford it and also the preview of what I'd look like was such an extreme difference. I didn't look like me anymore at all 🥺...but it seems I need the eyebrow lift really bad because my forehead is giving me chronically tired eyes and headaches. Can these exercise help enough to improve my condition so that I won't need to do the surgery anymore? 🥺🥺🥺
Some people see results right away, even after one practice! But after 2 weeks of practice most people will see results (see Before/After photos). Please note that measuring facial changes is very different from measuring body changes which are easy to track with scales and other measuring devices. The results on the face are much more subtle and appear slowly over time. For this reason, I highly recommend taking Before/After photos to keep yourself motivated. You should keep practicing as long as you want to keep the results.
